1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Just Jump USA’s free consumer platform (the “Service”). By accessing or using our website or mobile app, you agree to these terms.
2. Nature of Service
- Just Jump USA is a marketing and lead referral platform. We connect consumers with independent roadside assistance providers at no charge to the consumer.
- We do not own, operate, or control the vehicles, equipment, or personnel of the providers.
- Any service you receive is provided by an independent contractor, and all agreements, warranties, and liabilities for that service are between you and the provider.
3. Pricing & Payments
- If you are connected directly to a provider through our consumer platform, you will pay the provider directly at the agreed rate.
- Prices shown in listings are provided by providers and may change without notice.
- We are not responsible for any disputes regarding pricing, payments, or refunds — these must be resolved directly with the provider.
4. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for any damages, delays, injuries, or losses arising from services provided by independent contractors.
- All service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- Your sole recourse for dissatisfaction with a service is with the provider who performed it.
5. Consumer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate location and vehicle information when requesting service.
- Ensure your vehicle is accessible and in a safe location for service.
- Comply with any lawful instructions given by the service provider.
6. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding service should be directed to the provider.
- If you believe a provider engaged in fraud or misconduct, you may report it to us for review, but we make no guarantee of resolution.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting a revised version on our website.
Provider Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Overview
By enrolling in our provider membership program, you agree to the services and benefits outlined in your selected package tier. Each membership plan is designed for roadside assistance providers and related service professionals. Services may include lead access, profile optimization, reputation management, NFC review cards, paid campaign consulting, phone messaging optimization, website creation, SEO, and/or social media management, as described in your chosen plan.
2. Provider Responsibilities
- You are responsible for supplying accurate business information and any assets (logos, images, etc.) required for setup.
- You must maintain any necessary business licenses and insurance to operate legally in your service area.
- You are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations regarding advertising, service delivery, and customer communications.
3. Service Limitations
- Membership benefits do not guarantee a specific volume of leads or revenue.
- Marketing and optimization services are provided on a best-effort basis; outcomes vary based on factors outside our control.
- NFC review cards are provided in quantities outlined in your plan; additional cards may be purchased at the then-current per-card fee.
- Third-party software recommendations (e.g., review automation, ad platforms) may require separate purchases directly from those vendors.
4. Intellectual Property
- All proprietary materials we create for you (excluding your own logos, images, and pre-existing content) remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any custom assets created for your membership during your active subscription period.
5. Termination of Membership
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership for:
- Non-payment
- Misuse of our services or brand
- Violations of these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws
Billing Terms & Conditions
1. Billing Structure
- All memberships are billed annually in advance.
- A one-time setup fee applies to all packages, payable at the time of enrollment:
- Package 1: $ (TBD)
- Package 2: $ (TBD)
- Package 3: $ (TBD)
- Annual membership fees as of January 1, 2025:
- Package 1: $588/year ($49/month equivalent)
- Package 2: $2,148/year ($179/month equivalent)
- Package 3: $4,788/year ($399/month equivalent) + $2,500 setup fee
2. Renewals
- Your membership will automatically renew each year at the then-current rate unless you cancel at least 30 days before your renewal date.
- Renewal reminders will be sent to the email address on file.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Due to the nature of our services and upfront costs, all membership fees and setup fees are non-refundable.
- Cancellations prevent future renewals but do not result in any refund for the unused portion of your membership term.
4. Payment Methods
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the agreed-upon amount on your billing date.
5. Late Payments
- Failure to process payment may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
- Membership benefits will not be reinstated for the suspension period, and no pro-rated credit will be issued.
