Some services (like simple roadside assistance) don’t require prior experience, just reliability and a willingness to help. Others (like towing or repair work) may require skills, tools, or licenses depending on your location.

If you already have the experience, great — you can hit the ground running. If not, you can still start in simpler categories and grow into more advanced ones as you build confidence and capability.

No. You don’t need any special software to join or succeed on Just Jump USA®. Leads are delivered straight to you by text or email, and you manage jobs and payments on your own terms. You’ll also have access to a lead portal where you can track and manage all of your job leads. Some pros use tools like dispatch apps or CRMs to organize their business, but nothing beyond your phone or email is required to get started. 

Some pros receive well over 200 leads per week and others only receive 8-10 leads per week. Lead volume varies drastically by region, weather, demand, competition, and other market level factors. We match pros with the most possible qualifying leads in their area by default.

We match you to jobs based on your area, demand, and services offered. If you’re not getting enough job leads, consider adjusting your coverage area, availability, and service mix. 

Most pros are ready to go live within 5–7 business days, after we receive all required information.

Our terms and conditions require that you operate legally in your area, have a business license or insurance where required, and consent to an ID check.

Not at all. Every lead is optional. You choose which opportunities fit your schedule, budget, and business goals. There are no penalties for passing — you stay in control of when and how you work.

You get paid directly by the customer. Just Jump USA® does not facilitate payment collection. When a lead comes through, you quote your price and handle payment on your own terms — whether that’s cash, card, app-based payments, or whatever works best for your business. Our role is simple: we connect you with clients. You charge the client directly and keep 100% of what you earn.

Don’t worry — we’ve built our system to help. Every lead you receive includes the customer’s stated budget through our Smart Recommendation feature. That means you’ll know what the customer is expecting to pay before you even respond, which gives you an edge when quoting the customer. You’re still in full control of your pricing, but by aligning with or adjusting slightly around the customer’s budget, you dramatically increase your chances of closing.

No. We’re not a motor club, and we’re not hiring you as a subcontractor. Motor clubs typically “hire” providers to fulfill jobs at pre-set rates — they own the customer relationship and treat you as a vendor in their system. That’s not how we operate.

We’re also not a dispatch agency. We don’t assign jobs or take a cut from your work. Instead, you pay per lead at the time we send it to you.
