Step 1: Book your appointment online. We'll automatically apply any online discounts once we confirm your appointment. Calling into our dispatch center will void your online discount eligibility.
Step 2: You do not need to call into our dispatch center after booking your appointment online. We've received your request and will be calling you within about ten minutes to let you know your total and confirm the details of your service.
Step 3: Once your appointment window is nearing, be sure to monitor your phone for updates. We'll automatically text you a link to track your technician once they're on the way.
Step 4: We'll need to collect your old battery once we complete your battery installation service.
Step 5: Retain your electronically emailed receipt for your records. Your technician may provide a courtesy charging system check to ensure other components are operating normally.
A cancellation fee up to the full cost of service may apply once your appointment has been confirmed. We may bill an additional core charge in the event that a core is not received upon completion of service. By confirming your appointment, you expressly grant us permission to initiate a charge on your behalf, payable to I.B.S.A., subject to Just Jump USA's general consumer fraud policies.
